Taco Dip
Mix together and spread on a 12” pizza pan (that you can buy at Dollarama):
8 oz. of cream cheese
1 c. of sour cream
2 Tbls. of taco seasoning (the brown powder for your tacos your remember?)
Then, on top of this “base” add in this particular oder:
Mild salsa + chopped green and red peppers + green onions + tomatoes (chopped very fine) + mozza cheese
Serve with corn chips!
Brocoli Salad
Brown about 1/2 c. of slivered almonds and 1/2 c. of sunflower seed either with oil in a pan over the stove or brown them in the oven. Make sure you don’t burn them! Leave them aside to cool down.
In a bowl, cut these and mixt together:
1 bunch or so of brocoli
1 bunch or so of cauli flower
Some celery (maybe 1 c. or so… depends how much you like them)
Some green onion (again… as you wish)
About a whole “branch” of red grapes (or just as you feel)
REAL bacon bits (you can either buy them or make your own bacon and chop it into chunks…)
Dressing:
Mixt together 1 and 1/2 c. of mayo, 2 Tbls of vinegar, 2 Tbls of white sugar (these are… not exactly right, but they work)
Add dressing when you’re ready to eat!
Chip Dip
Italian Twist
This is a Bethany recipe – makes for about 8 people![]()
Cook 1 c. spiral macaroni and let it cool.
Cut into 1/4 inch cubes and add to the cooled pasta:
1/2 c. salami + some cheddar cheese
Chop some celery and add to the mix.
Pour desired amount of Italian dressing and mix well.
It should not be dry you know.
